Q2 ? How do I make payment in Euros?
A2. The preferred method is by direct bank-to-bank transfer from the customer account to the owners’ account in France. The owner’s IBAN and account details will be provided when you make a provisional booking.
Q3 ? We no longer use cheques in the Netherlands. If I pay the security bond by bank transfer how will I be refunded?
A3. If you are willing to provide your IBAN and account details then the bond will be refunded by bank transfer otherwise it will be refunded in cash (euros) by registered post.
