Labenne is 100km south of Bordeaux and the house is 400m from a beautiful, sandy Atlantic beach which is supervised by lifeguards in summer. The house is close to the 'Avenue de l'Ocean' leading directly to the beach and to the local shops, restaurant and cafes - all of which are within easy walking distance.

This compact chalet/studio is situated with a group of ten others in a private gated enclosure which includes car parking.
